And so on.
Example:
Person A: Would you rather live or die?
Person B: Live, thank you very much. Would you rather eat crocodile or cangaroo?
Person C: Actually, neither. But if I had to choose - cangaroo? Would you rather live in a house or in a flat?
Person B: Flat - less to clean. Would you rather go to the moon or to mars?
...
