Castiel + Charlie: first meeting || April 2020
from Castiel on 04/09/2020 01:25 AMArriving,into the Cafe castiel took a seat as he sat down before ordering his favourite. Which-was soup of course as he sipped it he saw someone walk in he had no clue who it was or what she wanted but she seemed scared.
"Hmm,this is interesting because this city doesn't seem to be infected by the virus at all,but something is- going- on here and I'll find out what it is or what's happening!." The Angel then looked up to see her sitting by him.
"Are you okay,are you hurt or anything do you want a drink...maybe you could answer a few questions for me like why is it so quiet here it makes absolutely no sense, what-so-ever."
As he sipped his soup his eyes watched her's before he raised an eyebrow watching her. "Well,what's happening here why is it so quiet it's like the walking dead has no one heard about what's been happening or not."

from Charlie_Fitzgerald on 04/09/2020 07:51 PMJust another day of work at the Restaurant - but this time, she was a bit late. She didn't get up in time and miscalculated. So she had been running as fast as she could towards the Restaurant in order to start her shift still in time.
Castiel must have been lucky. They only offer one soup on the whole menu, so it shouldn't be too hard to pick that one.
She wasn't scared or anything - just a bit out of breath, when she arrived, before quickly making her way to the kitchen and putting on the work clothes - her apron - and then walking out again, ready with pen and paper, to accept new orders and do her job as a waittress. Since everybody seemed to be served, her eyes fell onto a man who was seemingly enjoying his soup, but didn't have anythink to drink yet. Which is why she was walking over to his table, standing in front of it and smiling at him.
"Hope you enjoy the soup?" It was delicious. She knew it herself. One of her favourite dishes.
"Erm-" She was clearly irritated by the bunch of sudden questions with which she was overwhelmed. And nothing of those seemed food or drink related. Her boss liked her, but she didn't like it when she was talking too much with the costumers. You could accidentally overlook and ignore the others, if you concentrate too much on one.
"I'm - alright, Sir. I was going to ask if you want to drink anything, to be honest. Quiet?" It was fairly quiet because around this time, not too many were eating. Lunch time was just over. And dinner time hasn't come yet. And people prefer to not shout inside restaurants.
"Quiet? Walking dead?" She clearly had no idea what he was talking about. A look outside the window showed the usual picture of the town. People going after their businesses and returning home from work. People who were walking their dogs, and kids that finally had done their homework and were free to stroll the city with friends now.
"Heard about - I'm sorry, I don't really know what you are talking about exactly."

As he looked to her he nodded and smiled, "Sure what drinks do you have could I have coffee if you have any!." Castiel couldn't go anywhere without his coffee. This town was weird enough with it being quiet but he would find out what it was.
As he cleared his throat again, he got out his computer and started to search for things to be honest the other Angel's have brought him here. Still he needed to make sure the city was safe...
Castiel's only job was being an angel but as he disagreed with them he found a -new-job being a hunter but still he cared for those who needed him, As he was thinking for a moment he looked back to her then sighed again.
"This city is confusing! How can people go on with there lives when all the madness is going on in other places,though it's kinda good to see people so happy being here." He smiles while looking out the window seeing people walking by and heading to work.
