Light on, Light off!

Person B wants the light turned off, and explains why.
Person C will turn it on again, with a new reason.
And so on.
Example:
Person A: Lights on! I want to read a book!
Person B: Lights off! I want to sleep!
Person C: Lights on! I'm not in bed yet, and don't want to walk in the dark.
Person B: Lights off! Save some energy - for the environment!
...
